He doesn't know that he believes her, and he raises his eyebrows so she knows it, but Eames lets it go. He can't make her tell him, not in any way that he's willing to employ, and he decided a little while ago that he won't force Nancy to do anything if he can help it. Even if he's fairly certain there's a number of choices he'd make on her behalf that'd improve things for her significantly. Blah blah blah she's her own person, blah making her own mistakes etc. etc.
